Your colors are quite well done. Everything about this sets the feel of vampire (mysterious, dangerous, beautiful, etc.) The main thing that caught my eye when I first saw this was the beautiful contrasts between the pale blue clarity of the eye, to the brilliant reds above and beneath. Then, as I continued looking at it, it's as if you intentionally made a (pyramid) of contrasting colors {blue to red; red to black; black to the whitish skin} of which each complements the other to create this gorgeous result. Very well done!
I find where the black make-up meets the palish skin to be good. There's a subtle fading/blending between the two. I've seen quite a bit of folks who just slap it on and all I think is pathetic and BLEH! But yours seems better. To finish, the bleeding tears (as one might call them) are quite a chilling addition.
