I think it is actually very nice christmas make up! I get why you would call it funny; a tree sticking out of the corner of your eye. that is certainly an interesting idea. haha.

YOu certainly used christmas colour sto inspire you, hence the red and green. That red and green really make that blue eye pop, for one thing. I dont' know if you were goign for that or not but it is an effective creation.

Connectin the red strip of the tree garland to the eye was a good call too! It kept it all connected and not separated, per se. tHe light coloured eye shadow adds that nice white light feeling of christmas, but also suggests the fresh brisk feeling of winter. It looks nice rather than having a dark colour instead.

I lvo ehow you have put the jewels on teh tree instead of maybe putting them on with eye liner or somethign like that. It makes ht ewhoel composition pop out and adds alot of interest!

For a funny Christmas Make up creation, it's a really well done christmas make up. Very pretty too! :)

I think you did a very fantastic job with this. It's a very original take on Christmas make-up, which is typically done either a bit neutral or almost comically least that I've seen in the past. I think this is festive without being outlandish or kitschy. I could see wearing this as a host, a party-goer or even to just make the workplace more festive during the holiday season.

As someone else mentioned, the connection between the tree/garland and the eyeliner was a good touch. I also think that using green on the bottom was a good idea, as using red on the bottom may make someone look a bit sickly, especially with your pale complexion. The green swipe of shadow over the top lid also helps prevent the red from being too striking or sickly, allowing it to look festive instead of odd.

The addition of the jewels really helps tie this together as a Christmas tree. I think it would look like a Christmas tree without it, but the jewels really kick it up. The only thing I would change about it is to place them in different spots instead of just using them at the edges of the tree.

Overall, this is fantastic and I think I will probably use this idea next Christmas.

If I had more confidence in myself I would totally do this for Christmas. I may take this as inspiration, though, and do something like it... minus the tree. XD

I want to try this so badly! I'm not a very festive person, but this is amazing! You have a beautiful eye color, too, might I add.:heart:
