Overall this is a very nice piece, but it does have its downfalls. Some of the lines (most noticeably in the eyebrows, tears, and nose lines closest to the eye) are a little sloppy, with rough edges and a 'jagged' look. You can see this in the white dots as well; some of them are more an irregular shape than round, and some are faint and look like the paint was running out. This style of makeup has been done many times before by many artists, however the crying and how the hand is up to her face is something I at least haven't seen before. When you step back and look at this piece though, it really comes together in an interesting style of a mix of real life and pop art. The line placement is rather good, perfectly grabbing that comic book look. The composition is continuous about the picture, and it's really a pretty good piece despite its faults.
